Mary Wells

American Motown singer (b. May 13th 1943 d. July 26th 1992) best known for her 1964 Number one hit "My Guy".

At the personal request of the Beatles, Wells joined them on their 1964 Autumn tour (October 9th to November 10th, 27 dates). Wells later recorded an album of Beatles Covers entitled "Love Songs to the Beatles."
