  • June 21 - 'Beatle in Brawl' headline in the Daily Mirror about a drunk John Lennon beating up a Cavern DJ on Paul's 21ST birthday party on April 18.

  • June 27 - Billy J. Kramer records Bad To Me and I Call You Name, both of which were credited to Lennon/McCartney, but written solely by Lennon.

  • October 5 - A three-day tour of Scotland begins at The Concert Hall, Glasgow.
  • October 7 - The Rolling Stones record "I Wanna Be Your Man," written by Lennon/McCartney.
  • October 9 - Recording BBC: The Ken Dodd Show (Aired Nov. 3).
  • October 13 - Televised performance at The London Palladium.
  • October 14 - Billy J. Kramer records I'm In Love, written by John Lennon. Billy J. Kramer's version is never released.
  • October 14 - The Fourmost record I'm In Love. Lennon is present at the session.
  • October 16 - Recording BBC: Easy Beat (Aired Oct. 20).
  • October 17 - Seventh recording session for "With The Beatles."
  • October 17 - "The Beatles Christmas Record" recorded.
  • October 23 - Eighth and final recording session for "With The Beatles."
  • October 23 - The Beatles fly to Sweden to begin their first proper foreign concert tour.
  • October 24 - Recording live performance in Karlaplansstudion, Stockholm "Pop '63." Recordings featured on Anthology 1.
